International Convention on Civil Engineering - ICCE2017

Conference theme:  “GREEN TECHNOLOGY FOR SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPEMENT”

July 20-21, 2017 – Khao Yai Convention Center, Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand

With the rapid development in Thailand and Asia over last two decades, sustainable infrastructure development has become an important theme for civil engineering activities. Collaboration between the Engineering Institute of Thailand under H.M. the King Patronage (EIT) and academic institutions in Thailand is vital for sharing research and experiences in civil engineering. The first gathering of researchers and practitioners in civil engineering in Thailand under the name of "National Convention on Civil Engineering (NCCE)" was organized in Nakhon Ratchasima in November 1994, and was hosted by the Suranaree University of Technology. Subsequently, NCCE was held by EIT and various other academic institutions on an annual basis. These conferences have served as an important venue for exchange of information, research findings and advanced technologies related to civil engineering. The most recent conference, the 21th NCCE, will be held in Songkhla, Thailand hosted by the Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya on June 2016. (http://www.ncce21.org/)

The 22th NCCE and the First International Convention on Civil Engineering (ICCE2017) will be organized in conjunction with the Engineering Institute of Thailand under H.M. the King Patronage (EIT), Suranaree University of Technology (SUT), Rajamangala University of Technology Isan (RMUTI) and International Geosynthetics Society Thailand Chapter (IGS-Thailand). The ICCE2017 will have a particular focus on sustainability concepts for construction, materials, design and maintenance in civil engineering applications. The ICCE2017 will involve the participation of renowned keynote speakers as well as invited papers relating to civil engineering. The NCCE22 and ICCE2017 organizing committee warmly welcomes all of you to Nakhon Ratchsima, Thailand to join this event.

Professor Suksun Horpibulsuk, Ph.D., P.E.
Chairman of ICCE2017
